Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth and worship the Lord with gladness! Psalm 100
At Covenant we have every generation worshiping together on Sunday mornings. We have babies all the way up to
great, great grandparents! Our worship reflects and respects the distinct styles of each generation. We sing traditional hymns that generations have sung together in church; we sing praise song that evoke a different level of emotion; our choir sings a wide variety of music from many different eras. Our pastor, Barb, has an informal, engaging style which fosters a warm and genuine feel to our worship services. It is our deepest hope that all who walk through our doors feel the welcome at Covenant and a place where they can call home. We worship at 10:00 a.m. every Sunday.
Our choir is fantastic on so many levels! The choir is a community within the larger community where friendships are born and much fun is had. Please join our new Minister of Music, Eric Peters, and explore with him what this season's choir will be performing.
All are welcome to participate and no prior experience is required. Please join us for rehearsal on Thursday evenings, starting on Sept. 5, 2019, at 7:00 pm. in the Sanctuary.
Choral Intern Program
Thanks to a generous grant from the William E. Bryan Endowment Fund, Covenant is able to offer 4 choral internships a year. The choral intern program was created to enhance and build relationships with students from the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music. It is our hope, through our music ministry, our choral interns learn lifelong music leadership skills, enhance their core knowledge of sacred and secular music, and at the same time develop meaningful relationships with the Covenant community.
